Immortal Romance ASSEMBL'EM Adds a Card Collection Mechanic

Games Global and Stormcraft Studios have announced Immortal Romance ASSEMBL'EM, a new take on the vampire-themed slot series. It keeps the franchise's universe and layers a collection system on top, one that changes how progress works across a session.

How ASSEMBL'EM works

The feature is built around collecting cards. Each card shows a character from the game, and every one you pick up moves your collection forward. Instead of only waiting for the next base-game win or bonus, you have a running objective to work towards.

That is the main change from the standard slot loop. The collection gives spins a cumulative purpose, so a session builds on itself rather than resetting with each round. ASSEMBL'EM is the only listed feature, so the card system is the core of this release.

According to the announcement, the approach is meant to make play more interactive and rewarding, and to encourage longer sessions. Those are the publisher's claims rather than anything measured, so it's worth judging for yourself how the collection affects the pacing.

Who is behind it

Games Global, an established slot publisher, is working with Stormcraft Studios on the project. The announcement says the partnership supports a high-quality production and a smooth integration of the new mechanic. For anyone who knows the original series, the pitch is a modernised version of a familiar title.

The setting stays rooted in the vampire world that defined the franchise, with the card collection as the new addition. The mechanic is named ASSEMBL'EM, and it is built on collecting character cards.
